Refund policy
We have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unused

in its original packaging

accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that opened personal care and grooming products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Only unopened, sealed items are eligible.
How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us first at beardforgelondon@outlook.com to receive approval before sending any items back.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
UK cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers also have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, without justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
